She has built and scaled HR functions in high-growth, private equity–backed companies, delivering people strategies that accelerate business performance. Laura’s expertise spans Human Capital Strategy, Change Management & Transformation, and M&A Integration, as well as advancing Employee Experience & Engagement and driving Operational Excellence in HR to support sustainable growth. Previously, Laura served as Chief People Officer for TIPCO Technologies.
