Geri Eaves

Geri Eaves brings more than 20 years of ambulatory surgery center leadership experience to Azana + MedHQ. Prior to joining the organization, she served as CEO and Administrator of Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee Surgery Center, where she led one of the nation’s premier orthopedic-focused ASCs. She also served as Regional Director of Operations for Regent Surgical Health, providing operational leadership and strategic oversight for multiple surgery centers. An active leader within the ASC industry, Geri serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and is a mentor in the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association’s Administrator Development Program, helping develop the next generation of ASC leaders. At MedHQ and Avanza, Geri leverages her deep operational expertise and industry leadership to help surgery centers and physician groups optimize performance, drive growth, and achieve long-term success.
