Steve Mason

Steve has held a variety of positions in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, the last 23 of which have been directly related to system operations, practice administration, hospital management, payer reimbursement and contracting.​

His experience includes anesthesia operations, revenue cycle management, payer audits, healthcare data analytics, hospital and practice administration, healthcare consulting, physician contracting, hospital professional services contracting and a variety of leadership experiences in the healthcare industry. He has held hospital management positions and led practice administration for multiple large specialty practice groups in the Midwest, with over fifteen years of upper-level management experience within anesthesia private practice. In addition, he has spent the last five years as the highest-level operations leader for a large national anesthesia company.​

In his current role at MedHQ, he has P & L responsibilities for all consulting services, practice management functionality, and is a key contributor in setting executive-level strategy for the organization.​
