In his role as EVP Business Development / Revenue Cycle Services for MedHQ, Derrick brings extensive executive leadership, revenue cycle experience, and a history of successfully scaling organizations and departments. Before joining MedHQ, he spent a decade as founder and CEO of Trajectory RCS, a fast-growing, market-leading RCM firm. Derrick’s background includes direct patient care, leadership roles as a Revenue Cycle Manager for a hospital system, Cardiology Practice Manager, and service on multiple healthcare boards. Known for his detailed understanding of processes and ability to execute large-scale strategies, he focuses on building teams that operate proactively and create positive momentum for the organization.
